Registration



All registrants will be required to create a username and password as part of the EMC World 2012 registration process. EMC reserves the right and discretion to verify your relationship with EMC and to determine if your attendance is appropriate.


Early Bird Gifts

 

Early Bird Registration
Attendees who register before March 1, 2012 and pay the conference fee of $1,995 before April 24, 2012 will be eligible to select one of the following gifts:

  • Amazon Kindle Fire
  • iPod touch
  • Nintendo 3DS
  • Complimentary Evening Guest Pass

Conference Registration Package
The conference registration package includes access to keynotes, super sessions, breakouts, birds-of-a-feather sessions, hands-on labs, and the Solutions Pavilion. It also includes your access to evening events as well as continental breakfast and lunch Monday through Thursday.

Evening Guest Pass
The evening guest pass provides your guest with access to the Sunday and Wednesday evening events. Passes cost $155 USD and can be purchased either online or onsite in Las Vegas, while supplies last. No refunds will be provided for cancelled evening guest passes purchased either online or onsite at the event. Please note: Only purchase if you require a pass for a guest traveling with you to Las Vegas; the Conference Registration package includes your access to these events.

Payment Options
Attendees may pay the conference fee by Credit Card, Purchase Order Number/Check, EMC Sales Order Number, EMC Education Services Training Units, or a Wire Transfer. Click here for details.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, send a request to the EMC World Program Office and include your name, company name, and registration identification number. Refunds will be based on the deadlines listed below. Please note that cancellation requests cannot be processed over the phone and refunds may be processed post-event. Conference no-shows are ineligible for a refund. Attendees paying via an EMC SO# must contact their EMC sales representative directly to inquire about a refund.

  Deadlines  
  Prior to March 1, 2012: Full refund
  March 1, 2012 through April 23, 2012: Refund minus a $195 USD service charge
  April 24, 2012 or later: No refund

Substitution Policy
Name change substitutions are free of charge but can only be processed between employees of the same company. To request a substitution, the original registrant must send an email to the EMC World Program Office, copying the substituting registrant on the email. A $195 USD service fee will apply for any substitutions involving payment changes. All substitution requests (both pre-event and onsite) must follow this process or the new registrant will be subject to pay the current registration rate.

Employee Registration
EMC employees wishing to attend EMC World should contact their manager or financial controller to obtain a code to register. Employee registration begins in March 2012.
